Just had the pleasure of dining at Kobe Beef Daia, and I must say, it was awesome. The service was exemplary, especially thanks to our server, Obi-San, who was profoundly knowledgeable and attentive. He guided us through the menu, and each course was timed perfectly. The Kobe beef itself was the highlight of the evening. The beef was incredibly tender, with the rich marbling typical of Kobe beef melting in our mouths. Each slice was a taste of luxury. The accompaniments were just as delightful. The fresh, crisp salad with its light dressing was a perfect starter, while the roasted vegetables complemented the rich savoriness of the beef. The food, service, especially by Obi-San, and ambiance are nothing short of stellar. It's not just a meal; it's an indulgence in culinary excellence. I look forward to returning!
